Worst customer service

Hi my spinwave robot has been giving wheel stuck error. Called customer care and they told me to bring it to a service center. The service center is 40 mins away but I took it anyway. They told me its a maintenance issue and charged me $40 (even when it was under warranty). Paid the amount and got the robot back. Its still giving the same error. This is really frustrating and I hate I got this from Bissell. Dont know what to do now. I have already driven 40 mins twice for this. Please look into this and get this device replaced

I have been trying to find a part for my Bissell pro heat top cover of model number 1550X. When I put that number in the spot it tells me its discontinued, but yet when I go through there product listing there it is I cannot use my Bissell without the top.

User's recommendation: Be careful when you buy from Bissell. I would rate them one star for that because of the frustration I’m not being able to get anybody to help you and telling you that your model number is discontinued when I looked it up and it’s not.

NEVER EVER buy anything from this awful run disgusting Bissell company or support them in ANYWAY! They are the DEVIL and they are out to get you and your hard-earned money!

Read the reviews-they are accurate! I have had the privilege to work for some of the best American technology companies in my career and in the US. Our customers were and still are our life blood!

The executive staff at Bissell and out-of-touch family, has outsourced virtually all jobs that mean the most to Panama, Costa Rica and to wherever other soul-sucking desperate economies that need their income . Bissell does this to shield their over-paid bloated glutinous staff and family from reality and fair business practices.

This company instructs their outsourced call-centers to lie and tell you anything to get around warrantying or servicing their product. This product in question was a small gift and intended for my mother in-law, who owns a small pet as a service animal. It was never intended to be a NIGHTMARE! She does NOT have her receipt and frankly cant see well and doesnt own a mobile phone.

We own AirBnbs and clean them professionally and are transitioning to another vendor as a result of this experience. This treatment will NOT be tolerated by us and we would hope you consider this review as you read it as well as others. Bissell prays on NON-English speaking, elderly and less education folks from other countries who offer reasonable labor prices in this field to the US. These folks can't defend themselves against unethical practices from Bissell.

Bissell takes advantage of the elderly and non-English speaking labor force.

Think about this, they (Bissell and family) have no problem enjoying a cheap labor-force to clean their houses and do all their labor yet the companyexploits their customer with their policies that prevent folks from getting honest help. Please post your experience with this company and share your honest thoughts.

No part for my crosswave pet pro

I lost the lid to the container that you put the product and clean water in. I have received 4 new ones from bissell. The lid on the container is too long when you put the lid on the container it will not fit in the machine. Ive had the machine for probably 10 yrs. It scrubs area rugs. I guess it they no longer carry the parts. So I will have to throw the machine away. They keep saying theyre sending the right part but it doesnt fit

Bissell power lifter swivel rewind pet.

Bought the Bissell power lifter pet being we do have a dog Model 2259. Bought it in June of 23, have put four belts and a new brush already. Belt burns and melts to the brush. Bissells response is belts need replaced ever 2 - 3 months along with the brush. Steer clear from this junk.

I finally located the number to call and was connected to a very helpful customer service representative. She discovered what I needed and helped order the replacement parts I need. She was polite and ready to help. I could have saved over at least 1 hour of my time if BISSELL had provided the correct number to begin with.

I have purchased 5 Bissell products over the past 3 years. 2 have already stopped working and been replaced. 2 have been returned for repairs and are still having issues and the 5th is only 4 months old and having issues. Customer service is excruciatingly painful and frustrating to deal with. I have been proudly using Bissell products for 20 years and recommending them. The decline in quality and service in the past few years is appalling. I can honestly and confidently state that I will never purchase another Bissell product again.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE---NEW ITEM WORKED ONCE and died

bran new machine used on an 8x10 carpet, and it stopped spraying water/solution. trouble shooted on YOU TUBE ETC tried for 3 hrs to fix machine so it would work again, no luck. Called CUSTOMER SERVICE- virtual assist is all you get, waited 38 mins and was cut off, called back and left number to be called back still no call back made. BISSEL-- do not support the products they sell. Once I did get a real person to chat to, they recommended I take it back and get a new machine or go to my local repair shop to have this serviced. YIKES I do all the work for them.

Problem with my machine

Put water in the fill bucket water runs right out the bottom, you told me to take it to the service center, so that's what I did. It's there now, waiting to see if it is going to be repaired or replaced. I only had it since December. I look online, it seems to be a common issue. When its working, it works great but otherwise it seems to be a problem for the second time for me Im using Bissell cleaner and doing everything they say.
